My home and sphere of influence is the transition – the space in-between or the bridge connecting the ONE with the OTHER. One time, the ONE is Africa and the OTHER is Europe. Then again, the OTHER is the company and the ONE the individual employees in this company.
I spent my childhood and youth in Africa. A time that provided me with the tools for being what I am today: a world citizen who unites different cultures for the benefit and enrichment of all. My studies took me to Europe. A time of sustainable impact that enriched me through experience and shaped my work as a human being today:
to know what it means to take responsibility for people, companies and society.
Professionally, I mainly worked in Europe and temporarily also on other continents. In doing so, I gained valuable expertise on how best to combine the topics “economy” and “human”.
I use this competence in international HR management to contribute to future-oriented companies and meaningful people management.
My particular focus is on building and accompanying structures by connecting my home country Africa with my home Europe.
