My studies took me to Germany in 1994, where I specialized in law at the Free University of Berlin and from 1997 to 2003 in pedagogy, psychology and sociology. In 2001, I completed the postgraduate course Human Resources Management in Berlin. In 2007, I successfully completed the Executive MBA with emphasis on corporate management at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.
