PROFILE
I was born in Cameroon in 1974, I have the German citizenship. I am fluent in German, French, English and Fulfulde (one of the main languages of West Africa). My studies took me to Germany in 1994, where I specialized in law at the Free University of Berlin and from 1997 to 2003 in pedagogy, psychology and sociology. In 2001, I completed the postgraduate course Human Resources Management in Berlin. In 2007, I successfully completed the Executive MBA with emphasis on corporate management at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. The MIT (Boston) training on “Collective Leadership for Profound Innovation and Change” encouraged me to firmly anchor social responsibility as an important element in my professional life.
In an international and multicultural environment, I have dealt with all aspects of strategic human resources management and business transformation through strategic business partnering across geographical and cultural boundaries. In my position as, Human Resources Executive I have championed talent and leadership development to drive change, competitive innovation, and business performance. I have always focused on being a real business partner who enjoys being held to account for driving the performance of individuals and teams across the businesses I have been responsible for.
Almost 20 years of successful work experience in strategic human resources management in large industrial companies enable me to accompany your projects as a strategic partner.
